Mhoraig & Iain, Engagement | Balquhidder, Monachyle Mhor

What a little gem to share with you today! I met with the very lovely Mhoraig and Iain for their engagement session in Balquhidder, north of Callander in the stunning Trossachs area. They chose this location for their shoot as it is so special to them both. Mhoraig has some very happy childhood memories, holidaying in the family caravan at Balqhidder and has taken Iain to visit many times :)

We met up at the local tearoom, a gorgeous little place which in fact was closing for winter the very next day, which made it all the more special :) We walked around the village for a while before driving along the road to the very beautiful Monachyle Mhor Hotel, where Mhoraig and Iain were engaged :) Monachyle Mhor is an utterly beautiful boutique hotel nestled amidst a stunning lochside location. I was more than a little excited about doing this shoot!!

I'm very, very much looking forward to their wedding day in January at House for and Art Lover in Glasgow -yippeeee!

Guest Book - Cathy and Simon, Kinghorn Engagement

Hello wonderful people!  Hope you've all been enjoying the glorious sunshine! I'm being utterly spoilt after a week in Spain with my gorgeous girl and now the lovely Scottish sunshine, who'd have thought it.

All this sunshine is good for the soul but bad for business so lets get down to it! lol.  Got soooo much to share with you, including boring you lot with my holiday pictures :) but for now I'd like to share something special that arrived in the post whilst I was away, Cathy and Simon's lovely guest book!!

You may remember Cathy and Simon's engagement shoot on the beach in Kinghorn, and featured on fabulous wedding blog engaged.  Well the lovely Cathy and Simon are to be married very soon, I simply cannot wait!! and here is their lovely guest book :)

Cathy and Simon - Engagement, Kinghorn

Wowza!! We have been utterly spoilt these last couple of weeks with some glorious weather and Cathy and Simon certainly had their fill of it on this gorgeous engagement shoot in Kinghorn, Fife.  

What a lovely couple, how gorgeous is Cathy?! :) I'm thrilled to be photographing their wedding in June at Aberdour Castle and The Woodside Hotel in Aberdour a few miles from Kinghorn.  

Big thanks for Cathy and Simon who were just ace! and very patient in my search for the golden light ;)
